| Is it required to attach all of the trust documents and amendments when you initially file form 56 or can you just keep them on file?

There are generally no attachments to Form 56. The only time would be if it was being filed by a receiver or similar functioning fiduciary.

| I need to know if you need to file form 56 each time you change your fidicuary relationship or do you change the form only once from who is currently responsible for your asset transactions or do you change to yourself as trustee?
