I get an *Approved* Copy back&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.  Just in case something changes and we owe tax&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One of my colleagues says that those are not the reasons that Sec 6161 says are appropriate for getting an extension.
