| What do you do if you discover that a trustee has not been issuing the Crummey notices? In this case, some Crummey notices were sent, but at some point it was changed to just a letter telling the beneficiaries that the gift had been made to the trust on their behalf. All of the beneficiaries were aware of their withdrawal rights. I see that the Holland case dealt with this issue, but I don't see anything else.
