They are due 4/17, not all of the software programs have been upadated to show that. FTB announced it was using the 17th right after the IRS announcement.

According to the FTB Practitioners Hotline, all taxes due and payable for the 2006 tax year are due on April 17th. All taxes (first estimates) paid for the 2007 tax year are due on April 16th. with no difference for type of entity.

According to the FTB's website under Filing/Important Due Dates the due date for the first installment of the 2007 estimated tax payments is April 17, 2007.

Linda, they don't specifically say in their commentary, but I would think that it would apply across the board. Their intent in extending the due date was to conform with the federal due date which would extend across the board so I would think that the FTB would follow.
