I need to calculate the FMV of the remainder value of a QPRT. I can't find any online calculators. When I go to my IRS tables, Table B for "term certain remainder factor" only goes as low as 4.2%.

Right now the 120% AFR (midterm, annual) for FEB 2009 is 2.0% (rounded up from 1.98%). Does anybody know if the IRS has published new tables for these much lower interest rates?

I am the original poster in this thread. The IRS just released Notice 2009-18 and 209-10 IRB. They take the interest rates down to 1.2%.

Our tax service (RIA) carries the new tables.

I stand corrected. The IRS takes it down to .2%.
