Decedent died 11/04. S/S is now disclaiming (2/05) $1,000,000.
Is there a need for an administrative trust for the period 11/04-2/05, or can the disclaimer trust be effective from DOD?
Colleague asked me this question, and I don't know the terms of the trust.
